How Can vomiting And Nausea Along With Dizziness Be Treated?

Hi, I know this is stupid but I have overdosed on a type of lexapro (escitolopram) and had lots of alcohol as well. My symptoms right now nausea, a little bit of vomiting but hardly anything will come out despite me feeling like I constantly need to. At the start of the night when I started doing this dumb thing I felt sweaty, hot, confused and dizzy. And I did take more as the night progressed. My brain hurts unlike it ever has before and I m not comfortable anywhere. Close second is gagging over the toilet. Please just tell me what I can do to relieve or settle this. It is now the morning and my pupils keep getting bigger then returning to normal. My head still aches and I m beyond hungry but the thought of eating anything makes me sick. What can I do?

Hello Dear. Your symptoms right no are because of overdose of alcohol and added effect of Escitolopram. It ll take some time may be another day for the alcohol content to get completely washed away from the body.

Meanwhile you take lot of fluids in the form of water, coconut water and fruit juice. Avoid any more alcohol till you feel better. For nausea you can take tablet pantoprazole and domperidone twice a day. Take rest at home. You will be fine by another day.
